RATES
* Rates are for one-night lodging, single occupancy.
* All lodging rates are subject to local and state lodging tax.
* One night stays are welcomed.
* Two-night minimum stay is required on weekends.
(Note: if the suite is available and guest makes a reservation
request by telephone after 4:00 P.M. Wednesday immediately prior
to the weekend, a one-night stay may be accepted)
* The Enchanted Garden Suite is a four-room guest rental that accommodates
a maximum of four adults.
* We regret that The Enchanted Garden Suite is unable to accommodate
children or pets (Currently there is a resident kitty who is not
permitted to enter the suite).
* Summer Rates begin April 15 at $179.00 per night, single occupancy.
* Winter Rates begin October 15 at $159.00 per night, single occupancy.
* There is a $20.00 fee per person per night for the second, third and
fourth adult guest. Occasionally, rates are adjusted for specials.
* All nights lodging enjoy a $10 per night per person discount when four
or more nights are reserved.
Example: discount $100 for 2 people for 5 nights
* All rates and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
* Check-in is between 4:00 and 7:00 P.M.
* You will be asked to choose a four number code for the keyless lockset
that is easy for you to remember. When you depart, that code will
be removed, for security.
* Please notify us if you plan on arriving after 7:00 P.M.
* Special arrangements must be made for check-in after midnight.
* Check-out is by or before 11:00 A.M.
RESERVATIONS:
*Advance reservations are required and are secured with a credit card
(MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express). The amount charged
is 50% of the total amount for your reserved days of lodging for all
guests if the reservation is made prior to fourteen (14) days before
arrival and 100% if the reservation is made less than fourteen (14)
days before arrival, not including the 10% state and local lodging tax.
*Final payment is accepted with credit card, debit card, cash or certificate
(gift or cancellation) at the time of arrival.
*All information transmitted on our web site is securely encrypted at
the highest level provided by our web server (currently 256 bit)
*All personal information transmitted on our web site is held securely and
privately and is only released as may be required by law to duly
authorized personnel.
*We maintain appropriate insurance protection for our facility.
NON-SMOKING POLICY:
*For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not allowed
anywhere in The Enchanted Garden Suite. There is a minimum $200 cleaning
fee if smoking takes place during your stay. Designated smoking areas
are located outside the suite.
CANCELLATIONS:
*Because the Enchanted Garden Suite is a small vacation rental with just
one suite of rooms, guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved.
We understand that circumstances arise, sometimes beyond a guest's
control, requiring the cancellation of a reservation. However, as a small
business, cancellations have a significant impact on us and the services
we are able to provide. Therefore, we cannot make exceptions to the
cancellation policies. Cancellations are only accepted by a direct phone
conversation with the innkeeper(s) at (503) 421-1559 or (503) 679-1167.
* Cancellations from the time the reservation is made up to fourteen
(14) days prior to the date of your reservation are subject to a
$30 handling fee and we will gladly refund your total remaining
balance or provide you with a one-year cancellation certificate
equal to the balance of your deposit for a future reservation.
* Cancellations with notice of thirteen (13) or less days prior to
the date of your reservation result in a $30 handling fee and if
we are able to resell your reserved dates, we will gladly refund
your total remaining balance. If we are unable to resell your
reservation, you will be charged the full amount for your canceled
stay and a cancellation certificate (equal in dollor amount to the
full amount of the current reservation less the $30 handling fee)
will be issued for a future reservation (you would be responsible
for any difference in rates at that time).
* Same day cancellations and "no-show" reservations and "early departures"
will be charged at 100% of the room rate for all dates canceled.
* Please note that rescheduling your stay constitutes a cancellation.
* Corporate guests may be subject to a different cancellation policy.

ROOM RESTRICTIONS:
* Guests are provided slippers to wear in the suite. Street shoes may be
removed and placed next to the front door. Thank you for helping keep
outdoor debris and soil from staining the carpets.
* Open flames of any kind (candles, incense, matches, etc.) are strictly
prohibited from use in the suite (except for the natural gas cooktop).
* An electric iron is provided for use in the suite, as well as an ironing board;
guests assume responsibility for properly cooling and storing both. Information
is provided regarding nearby businesses that offer dry cleaning and steam
pressing of personal clothing.
* Please refrain from using rose petals in the room as they stain fine linens,
carpet and upholstery.
* Guests will be charged full price for any damage in the unit that requires
extra cleaning or replacement.
* Furnishings and decorations are not for sale. A complimentary
"going-away gift set" of samples of the skin-care and hair-care items used
in the suite is provided.
* The Enchanted Garden Suite is a private facility and is for the exclusive use
of our overnight guests. This ensures the quiet, relaxing and secure nature
of the environment. If a guest would like to have a day-time visitor or conduct
a business meeting, it must be prearranged with the staff. Guest rooms are
intended for the use of guests only and are not to be used as a gathering place.
Any additional over-night visitors will have their stay charged as a guest
(the number of total guests may not exceed four adults).
PARKING:
* There is one off-street parking space. Parking may also be available on the street.
* We regret we cannot be responsible for the security of your vehicle.
PETS:
* We are unable to accommodate pets, however, we are able to assist our guests find
pet care facilities nearby.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
* Room occupancy is limited to a maximum of two guests per the bedroom and two guests
per the living room for sleeping.
* Guests reserving the suite but arriving with more than four people will be held to
the maximum occupancy and will be responsible for the full room rate regardless
of whether or not they choose to stay.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES:
* Gift certificates are available and are a much appreciated way of acquainting our guests and
their family and friends with the Enchanted Garden Suite experience, while also giving the
gift of hospitality, comfort and relaxation.
* Form of Purchase:
Certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount either on-line or by phone.
Certificates are made out for a dollar value allowing the receiver to make a personal
reservation and paying any difference between the regular rate and the amount of the
gift certificate.
Gift Certificates may be:
1. Mailed to the purchaser,
2. Mailed to the recipient, or
3. Picked up by the purchaser in person at the Enchanted Garden Suite.
* Form of Payment:
Certificates are charged to the purchaser’s major credit card at the time
of order, on-line or by phone.
Cash is accepted for purchases made in person.
No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
* Duration:
Gift certificates have no expiration date, but are subject to availability.
* Redemption:
The recipient makes a reservation directly with the Enchanted Garden Suite and reserves
the date of choice based on current availability. Reservations using gift certificates
are subject to the Suite’s applicable reservation/cancellation policies.
* Please note that gift certificates are different than "Cancellation Certificates."
